I unfortunately had postal issues receiving this product but once I was able to track it down I found them to be great. As someone who is on vitamin d due to deficiency due to health issues this is a great easy to take tablet. Much prefer it to the one I had tried previously. Great container also as I am not a fan of the foil packets. This is an easy to carry container great to pop in your back for a week away!

I started using this supplement as I leave in UK and during the winter we don't get much of the sun. I only use it a couple of months so it is hard to say if there are any health benefits but will continue to use them and see how it is going. Convenient and good quality

These vitamin D3 tablets come in an easy access bottle. They have a slight scent, but it isn't overpowering. They are very small, which made them easy to swallow and digest. Vitamin D3 is important to take, particularly in the winter months when we don't see as much sun, and I really feel as though these tablets are helping my body. It may be a placebo affect, but I feel as though I have slightly more energy. I did however mark these down by one star due to the ingredients - there are far too many ingredients in the list other than vitamin D3 - does there really need to be that many ingredients in a vitamin? Overall, however, I think they work as they should and provide your body with that much needed boost when needed.

Health in a small package

This item arrived in a large medicine tub with hardly anything in the tub in terms of volume. There is however 100 tiny tablets that are easily swallowed. They do however quickly dissolve so if you put it on your tongue you will get that paracetamol type texture. The taste isnt bad but its not good either so really comes down yo what you expect from the product there.The health benefits have been too short to advise a clear noticeable effect however this is typical. I would like to say this provided some health boost and my health has been better since but I can't state it is based on these supplements.Vitamin D supplements are recommended within the UK or countries where sun is limited. So would suggest these are as good as any respectable brand.
