This Biotin really works. I really see the difference around my hairline. It’s filled in. Also love that it just dissolves under the tongue. Nice taste. High recomendate

Good kick start to the year
Really rate these. I’ve given them a good try before reviewing and they’ve made me feel quite boosted and generally healthier. My only issue is forgetting to take them every single day! But I’m getting better as I actually think they’re really work it.

Good all-rounder
I have been using these supplements for 3 weeks, 2 tablets a day. As someone who takes a few supplements already, I found the size of the tablets to be fairly standard and the taste not unpleasant. I would say this is more of a general multivitamin than a beauty supplement, but I have noticed my skin looking brighter. I presume that I would have to take this for several months to have a noticeable effect on my hair and nails.

Easy and convenient
These tablets are easy to swallow and very convenient way to ensure I get my daily dose of Beauty vitamins (Vit A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, folic acid, etc including Biotin! I liked that I did not have to worry about whether or not I was getting enough vitamins for my skin, hair and nails.Honestly did not have them long enough to notice any substantial benefits to my skin and hair, but I did not notice any negative effects either. So, all is good for now.

Not convinced
I’ve been taking this supplement for almost a month, I’m always open to trying new ones. I have to say I haven’t really noticed or felt a difference. Sadly I also really don’t like the taste of the vitamins, it’s a huge turn off for me when a vitamin smells so strong as I found a few times I got a nasty after taste. I would be open to trying the gummies version. But I suppose I have seen any difference that would make me buy these again.

Would purchase myself
I regularly purchase supplements and had heard good things about Natures Bounty before so was very excited about trying these out. I loved the idea of having the additional biotin as with menopause thinning hair it was desperately needed. I found the size of the tablets good, not too big or small. There was no weird smell or lingering taste, making it a pleasurable experience. I have not used them long enough as I prefer to try suppliments for at least 6 months to allow to feel the full effect, but I can tell that they work well with my body, no side effects and combined with my other medications cause no problems. I I am happy with how they react with my body so far and would be very interested in purchasing these in the future. I will also be looking at the items in this group to see if anything is more suitable.

Improves overall Beauty complex
I been using these for almost a month now, exactly as per instructed on the bottle. The bottle contains enough caplets to reach a full month , great size too , but I mast say that to see the full beneficial result of any food supplement , a minimum of 3 month is want I would advise. Regarding the size of the caplets , quite big and hard to swallow , and the daily dosage requires to take 2 , so you will need plenty of water to make sure that this does not stop in your thoughts.Must mention also the smell of this ones, a very medical and herby scent, not very attractive I must say , but you only get to smell them while to take them.To conclude my overall feedback regarding this food supplements for hair , skin and nails - I can honestly say that I stated loosing less hair and the overall stated of my hair and skin improved ,this was slowly visible around week 3 , but regarding my nails , that there were always thin and damaged , they are still the same , and I can say that this may be because of my daily contact with water and soap.I will go ahead and get other 2 monthly supply so my body will actually feel the true benefits of this food supplement.

Visible improvement
Recently my hair and nails have shown a decline so I was excited to try this supplement. The tablets are pretty big but I don’t have problems taking tablets. I noticed an improvement after week 1 and by week 2 by nails were visibly stronger with no breaks. My hair appeared healthier and not as limp. Thankfully I have always had good skin but my colleagues commented my skin had a glow and that I looked well.

Haven't seen a difference
I've been using these tablets for 2 weeks now, 2 a day, as recommended. Unfortunately not seen any difference in hair, nails or skin. The tablets are quite big tbh, but manageable. I do probably need more time to see if the product make any change.

Haven’t noticed a difference as yet - sadly
I have used the Beauty complex for 14 days in the hope my menopausal skin may improve. Not sure if it’s to do with the wintery weather or not but I’ve not seen any improvements as yet. Will keep trying it but I’m unlikely to purchase in the future
