Definitely helps

I was not sure whether these would benefit my health but they definitely have improved my wellbeing. I have less aches and pains and feel more energetic. I will definitely buy these again.

No pain in my knees

I took these for the amount that was on the bottle , I suffer from arthritis especially in my knees , at first maybe a few weeks no change then on the 3rd week I noticed a decline in my pain even thoe its winter and as we get older we suffer more , but In the end I actually went onto the website and bought 3 months supply they seem to cut the pain in half at least and tbis to me is a win win

Golden pills- tumeric

My partner and I have seen the benefits, I wasn't sure at first but did research and took a leap. I have seen lots of change in my anxiety and my partner has have significant changes in his back inflammation. I struggle to take pills but these golden pills have been an ease to swallow.

Immune system beneficial

I believe strongly that taking the Turmeric 500 mg capsules has been beneficial for my immune system in combating the emergence of potential winter colds and flu symptoms.By swallowing one capsule every day, I have not noticed any symptoms of a tickly throat , runny nose or of a need to sneeze.

Arthritis Help

I highly recommend the turmeric capsules. This is a higher strength than i have tried before, and i found it made a real difference to my stiffness and rheumatoid arthritis pain. It made me joints feel looser and more comfortable. I will definitely be buying these and continue with use.

Turmeric 500mg

I've now been taking these for a few weeks and my finger joints are much less painful. Easy to swallow capsules that contains curcumin. No side effects. I will continue to take them.

Good supplement

I was pleased to try out turmeric as a supplement as I am well aware of the health benefits of this. I haven’t taken it long enough yet to notice the benefit but I’m sure it will come to fruition. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and you can smell the turmeric as soon as you open the bottle giving that lovely turmeric aroma. All in all this is a quality product

Who would have thought

I had been thinking of trying Turmeric capsules for some time, i have had two total knee replacements, and whilst the new Knees are good, in the morning and after sitting down for a bit, it can be a bit slow in getting going again - have taken these capsules for two weeks now, and i can honestly say that i feel less stiff and clicky in the mornings in the knee area, which is a good start. The capsules are easy enough to take in the morning with a glass of water, they are not too big, as some supplements can be as if they were made for Elephants !I will be buying more to see if the stiffness and creakyness of the knees ceases in time.

Lets get Fitter

I know it is very early days and far too early to definitively say that these capsules are doing their job but I am extremely impressed with the quality and do sincerely think that they are starting to help me. Apart from all the well known reasons for taking Turmeric or more specifically Curcumin I was also told that these may help with my sleep and it might be coincidence but my sleep has absolutely improved the last couple of nights. You can take the capsules anytime of day (2 of) and best with food but the benefit of taking them later in the day/early evening is they help you to naturally relax and reduce the anxiety that I have around getting a good nights sleep. A further 3 weeks have passed and I am so pleased. I am absolutely sleeping a lot better with deeper sleep and less time awake. I will continue to take these for the long term

Amazing stuff

Love this I've always suffered with pain throughout my body for many years, as I suffer with fibromyalgia and other things, so I take regular pain killers but I've always tried to find something that helps, and this has helped me SO much I've really noticed a BIG difference since I've started this, definitely worth trying, you will be surprised at well it helps
