I take them every day. Thanks to the use of these tablets, I do not feel muscle pain. I have more energy. They are perfect because they are small and easy to swallow.

Magnesium is a great supplement

I have been looking at supplements to aid my sleep for a while and was recommended to try magnesium. I take other supplements regularly so added these in to my daily routine and have been taking them for around a week. I can’t say I notice any difference at the moment. I was slightly disappointed to see ingredients in the tablets like palm oil and colouring. I find with other supplements they recommend taking 2 or more, I liked that these were 1 daily.I have done research on magnesium and due to the fact that this one contains magnesium oxide rather than glycinate it is used to treat other things like digestion and heartburn rather than sleep.I will continue to take these supplements as part of my daily routine and see if over time I notice any difference.

A Little Magnesium is always Helpful

I've recently had a child with my partner.. and along with that came the dreaded sleep deprivation. I've been on the look out for supplements to help combat the general fatigue I've been feeling from the whole process, the early mornings..sometimes the little guy is awake at 5am, so there are long days. I've been trying to boost my system to make myself more adaptable and agile through this whole process as I'm not getting any younger and and having a child later in life is a huge undertaking, you need to be mentally fit for it as well as physically fit. If you're not getting proper sleep or at least some decent sleep then you are going to suffer in the long term. That's where these Magnesium tablets have come in handy. I might not be getting my full 8hrs but the sleep has been more substantial since I've started on Nature's Bounty Magnesium tablets. I would class them as a sleep aid for me, but they have other benefits proper levels of magnesium help protect heart health, reduce the risk of metabolic conditions, improve sleep, increase testosterone levels, and support mental health and help to make you more resilient to stress... sometimes that can be hard when you've had a new child, but I'll take anything that will give me an edge. Although these tablets are 250mg they are not your full recommended dosage of Magnesium so you'll need to supplement the dose with fruit and veg that are also high in Magnesium such as spinach, broccoli and bananas etc.

Magnesium Magic

I have been taking these easy to swallow, one aa day tablets for a few weeks now and have already notice the increase in my energy levels and better, more rested sleep. I take one in the mornings after my breakfast and that's it for the rest of the day. I don't ache after exercise as much as I did and I feel I can workout for longer.

Magnesium helps to calm me during stressful time

I was going through a very stressful time at work for a number of weeks recently and it coincided with my taking the magnesium supplement. Magnesium is well known as ‘nature’s tranquilliser‘ and I was hopeful that it would help me cope with the stress, anxiety and lack of sleep. I do think it helped me feel a little less stressed during the day and crucially helped me sleep better at night. The capsule size is also not too large so is easy to take once a day which means I have been able to incorporate the taking of the capsule into my daily routine.

Magnesium 250mg tablets

I've only been taking these a couple of weeks now so have possibly not had the full benefits yet. However I've noticed my aches and pains from osteoarthritis have eased a little. My fatigue from fibromyalgia has improved slightly too. I dare say that if I were to continue on with these then I would start to show a lot better results as I know they will take a while to get into the system as they say. They were pretty easy to swallow too as they weren't too big like some supplements on the market that are more like horse tablets.

Nature’s Bounty Magnesium 250mg

I am a regular user of magnesium supplements after a friend suggested them several years ago to help with fatigue. I have only been using this Nature’s Bounty brand for a couple of weeks so it’s probably too soon to say whether they have a beneficial effect, however I can say that they have definitely not shown any sign of causing my symptoms to reemerge, which happens quite quickly when I stop taking a magnesium supplement. These tablets state they provide 67% of the recommended daily intake for an adult. This is achieved from taking one easily swallowed tablet. The tablets are smooth and shaped for ease of swallowing. I would not suggest anyone trying magnesium takes more than one tablet a day. Magnesium can be harsh on the digestive system, however I’ve not had any issues with these at the recommended dose. All in all this appears to be an excellent quality product which does what it says on the label! I would definitely recommend Nature’s Bounty as brand to a friend.

Excellent supplement for health - Magnesium!

I’ve been considering taking some supplements for some time now as I’ve gotten older and wanted something to support my health going forward.Magnesium helps provide a balance to much of what comes your way in day to day life and it’s been really helpful to know with my poor diet I can maintain a certain level of intake with this.I do feel like it’s helped me feel a little less tired so far and is something I’m keen on continuing to maintain and see the longer lasting benefits.But so far so good!

Great supplements

I take omeprazole everyday and a side effect can be low magnesium levels so I wanted to increase my intake of it. I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and feel less tired than usual, only time will tell if I feel other health benefits but feeling less tired is a huge benefit for me and I'll continue taking them.

Easy to fit into my routine

I’ve was very interested in taking magnesium for sleep but also for my stiff joints and energy levels. After I started taking them I felt that I awoke a bit easier in a morning and felt a bit fresher. I’ve only been taking them for a couple of weeks so I’m looking forward to this improving even more.The pills have a silky coating which makes it easier to swallow and take daily.
