Fun way to take my multivitamin

Having previously ever only taken tablet form Multivitamins, it was great to be able to try out a different way of taking my multivitamins. Trying to stick to a routine, I always take my supplements before work and before breakfast, so having to swallow a few dry tablets even with water was somewhat of a chore or should I say hard to swallow lol. These Nature Bounty Gummies for adults were a fun and new way of taking my multivitamin. A few points to note are that these don't have the same vitamin and profile of my usual other competitor brand Vegan Multivitamins. Not overly concerning, but something to remember if you were looking for an all in one. The Gummies have a pleasant taste, but again my only concern is the sweetener ingredient used, otherwise I love the fact that they are vegan.Would I buy again? Maybe to break up my dull supplement routine, but only when on offer, as my other competitor brand are a little cheaper.

Tasty Vegan Vitamin Gummies

I’ve tried quite a few vegan vitamin tablets with gummies being my favourite. These ones have a good range of nutrients in them, are easy to chew and take, don’t contain any sugar so suitable to have any time of day, and taste nice as well. Would buy again. I feel great since I’ve been taking them and feel good knowing I’ve got the extra nutrients, especially during the winter period.

The gummies come in two flavours which is great. Both flavours taste really nice. I’ve found they’re a good size - not too big. The packaging is good - ensure the gummies don’t dry out. Have noticed my skin is looking healthier and it feels good too.
