EASY TO SWALLOW

I TAKE IRON TABLETS AS I DON’T EAT RED MEAT. I FIND THEM EASIER TO SWALLOW. THAN OTHER BRANDS BEING IN CAPSULE FORM. AS YET, I AM UNABLE TO SAY IF THEY ARE HAVING ANY EFFECT, BUT AM NOT FEELING TIRED AT ALL.

Great for strengthening nails and and extra boost

Ive been taking these for a month and a half now. So far Ive noticed my nails are getting stronger which is great. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have much of a taste. However, so far I haven't seen an improvement in my energy and unfortunately didn't help with my haemoglobin levels so far. I do believe this is due to myself needing a stronger iron supplement and this is gentle iron. I would definitely recommend for those whose iron levels are okay to begin with and they just need a little boost. I will definitely buy again and continue to take as my nails feel great.

Gentle iron supplements

These are super easy to take and swallow ,Unlike some others. I partially don’t like this aspect of taking medication so this factor was important to me. It’s really hard to say what they are benefiting. I do however seem less tired and more brighter. I will continue with these and may even add another supplement in.

A decent supplement

Overall, I think these iron supplements are pretty decent. They come in capsule form and are of an acceptable size to swallow. They don't seem to bring on any side effects either, which is nicely reassuring. They appear to be somewhat effective in improving my energy levels, so I'm happy to persevere with using then to see if this benefit continues. As such, I would recommend using them.

Great product

I have taken iron supplements in the past which haven't been great for my stomach. These have been great for me and I haven't had any problems. The capsules are quite large though but I found them easy enough to swallow.

Gentle Iron capsules

I have been taking these for about three weeks now, they are easy to swallow and leave no after taste, it is difficult to know if they are having any effect but since taking them I am sleeping better than I have in years. my energy levels don't seem much better but I am not feeling quite so tired all the time. I am hoping with more time this will improve. UPDATE: After a few more weeks of trying this iron product my view has not changed, I have always been low on iron in ny body but have found taking iron has upset my stomach, these capsules are great and have had no adverse effects at all so I will continue with them and will be purchasing more. Thank you.

Not Suitable for Vegetarians

I thought these gentle iron tablets sounded perfect as they come with vitamin c already in them. For iron to absorb properly you have to take it with vitamin c so it saves having to get those as vitamins or take it with orange juice. Also the B12 is a good inclusion for energy. I have to take iron supplements everyday as I am prone to anemia. Unfortunately after I got these I noticed they have "bovine geletine" in them. So not suitable for vegetarians/vegans! Such a shame as they would be perfect supplements for someone on a meat free diet. Really disappointed.

Great for fatigue

I found these capsules easy to take and not an issue to remember. I have 2 small children and generally find that by the end of the day I am lacking serious energy to finish off the day. I have only been taking these a short while and whilst I can’t say they’re a life saver and I feel I could make miracles happen I do seem to have a bit more energy by the time the evening comes round. Would definitely like to continue taking them and see how it goes

Easy Iron

I found these capsules easy to take and swallow, with no adverse side affects.I have been having low iron stores so will take the whole bottle and hope this improves. I had not heard of this brand before but will explore the range available in the future. There was no problem in swallowing the capsules, not like others I have tried in the past. Will buy some more in the future too.

Reduced my fatigue!

After using these supplements for a couple weeks now I have to say I'm surprised by them. I always felt tired by early afternoon however these supplements have definitely given me a boost of energy and not only that but I feel like my skin has cleared up too, maybe it's coincidence or maybe the supplements have helped. I will definitely continue with the Gentle Iron Complex.
